Hire charges
The following table shows the hourly rates for the various room options at the Community Centre:

- Compulsory Insurance charge for Parties or hirers with no public liability insurance: 10% of total hire price will be added to price.
- Prices for Parties for age 13 years and over on request from manager.
- Refundable deposit against damages for parties (compulsory):
- £100 if no alcohol to be consumed
- £200 if alcohol is to be consumed
- The prices are for day or evening and include free use of kitchen and Centre facilities. An additional charge will be made if using the Kitchen/Kitchen hatch area as a bar to serve alcohol.
- Discounts for concurrent multiple room bookings at managers discretion.
- All hirers will be required to agree to the Community Centre Hire Terms and Conditions.
